HyreNova ("we", "us", "our") operates the website hyrenovaly.com and provides remote job placement services to residents of Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.
When you apply, the application form asks for your full name, email, age, occupation and WhatsApp number. The form is run by Waformly, which stores what you submit and then opens WhatsApp so you can send your message to HR. When you message us on WhatsApp we also receive your WhatsApp name and number and anything you choose to share.
We use your information only to match you with suitable remote roles, respond to your enquiry, and provide onboarding support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may share limited details with partner employers strictly for the purpose of arranging work you have applied for. We share only what is necessary.
We keep your details for as long as needed to provide our service or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
